today in hilarity: outtake from my most recent (so, like two months ago) photoshoot. also! google analytics tells me someone found me by googling “aberzombie and witch.” gosh, i really hope they found what they were looking for.
i finished some pieces this weekend—one style that’s entirely new, and one that’s a riff on an old theme. and i started one more. AND while re-organizing a bit, i found a necklace i had forgot i made! how ‘bout that.

i’ve been my eightybillionth shop revamp: really loving the new custom rearrange your shop option, really digging the mood and theme i’ve decided to stick to, and planning for my next creations. i’m moving towards keeping things simple and unified.
after trying my hand at making a font of my own handwriting and not really loving it [but using it anyways], i stumbled across the font of my dreams free on the internet tonight and re-did my banner immediately. god bless the creative commons!
Sneak peek! I’ve had this piece done for awhile now, and need to get it up soon. The chain is made of several (recycled) chains, and marks a new direction I want to try to go into: more remarkable chain components, and more recycled parts.
So, this is among the more prevalent reasons why there hasn’t been much action on bemyshark lately: craftpocolypse! My craft shelves exploded and crafts did rain down unrelenting chaos.

finally bit the bullet and took some pictures of the creations i’ve been sitting on for a couple months because of craft shows & the move. new listings coming soon!
my shop has a new look! i’m going for something a bit darker, more refined, more stylized, hopefully evoking couture, the feeling of uniqueness, and a bit of strangeness. or, i’m just matching my banner to my photos.
also, i’ve just completed my first wholesale sale! this lovely shop, caravans, will be selling my wares in meatspace. it’s pretty exciting.
